- Project payments are structured to ensure client satisfaction. We will not require the full payment until the project is complete and approved by the client.
- To accommodate client budgets, we offer interest-free installment plans, making it easier to manage payments.
- Any additional features or revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope will incur extra costs, which will be communicated transparently before implementation.
- Clients must provide timely feedback and necessary resources (e.g., content, branding materials) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Our digital marketing packages are customized based on client needs, and specific terms will be outlined in the agreement prior to starting.
- Performance-based results (e.g., increased traffic, leads) may vary based on market conditions and client collaboration.
- All campaign strategies and analytics reports will be shared regularly, ensuring transparency.
- Any unused services or campaign budgets are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed.
- Pricing transparency: All costs associated with our AI chatbot services are clearly listed on our pricing page. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.
- Limitations: While our AI chatbots are advanced, they are tools and cannot fully replace the human factor. Clients are advised to monitor chatbot interactions periodically to ensure accuracy.
- Accuracy: We strive to minimize errors; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. GK Edge Media is not liable for any errors or omissions resulting from the chatbot’s operations.
- Customization: Clients can request customizations, which may incur additional fees depending on the scope and complexity. (Tailor made chatbots)
- Subscription plans: Our subscription plans are flexible, covering an extra 15% above the messages we mention to ensure a smoother experience for our clients.
- GK Edge Media will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms outlined in the service agreement.
- All client data and project details will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit permission.
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
